Fifteen Training and Performance Improvement PhD learners attended the Minneapolis Capella colloquium on March 21 through March 25, 2009. We all had some lively discussions about our field and the learners’ research interests. Here are some pictures:
All T&PI learners created posters outlining their research ideas.
Learners Bill Sawyer, Dan Wiljanen, Haidee Williams, and Mark Cofer plan their posters.
Learners Haidee Williams and Yolanda Franklin discuss their research ideas.
During the poster session, learners from the School of Education circulated around the room, asking questions and offering assistance to their fellow learners. Here T&PI learner Kenneth Horgen talks with another SOE learner.
